Sarah Chandler is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher originally from Orlando, Florida. Over the last 15 years, Sarah received her training from Metropolitan Fine Arts, University Performing Arts Centre, and In Motion Dance Project studying all forms of dance, including Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, and Musical Theatre. Additionally in 2019, she had the opportunity to study with Teddy Forrance’s CLI Trainee Program. Sarah was also featured in “Swipe Right” (2020), a short dance film directed by Kyle Loftus and choreographed by Amanda Plesa and Kristen Niehls. In the fall of 2020, she began her collegiate dance studies at Chapman University and will earn a BFA in Dance Performance in the spring of 2024. Sarah is enjoying expanding her technical ability in different dance genres, like modern dance and ballroom, and is excited to keep exploring her choreographic voice. In her free time, Sarah continues her commercial dance training in Los Angeles and choreographs for high school dance teams in the Coachella Valley and Orange County. She is so excited to be joining the faculty at The Music Room this year!
